Important Ordering Information and Terms and Conditions of Sales

Net 30 days per approval of credit application for private companies. Individuals must use other payment methods. Government agencies are automatically granted credit.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and all Novus Cards (i.e. Discover, Bravo). Some products may ship C.O.D. You may also call ahead for shipping charges and then prepay your order.
National School Supply specializes in meeting your custom requirements. In order to ensure the best prices, each quote request is carefully reviewed and may take up to 48 hours. Acceptance of a quote is indication that the quote has been approved per the specifications listed. National School Supply will not be responsible for any discrepancies overlooked during the customer's review process.
All quotes are based on tailgate delivery, meaning the receiving location has a freight dock or personnel on staff to offload merchandise from the rear of a semi-truck trailer. If additional care is needed in the delivery of your merchandise, you must request those additional services when requesting a common carrier shipping charge quotation. These services include, but are not limited to Inside Delivery, Call Before Delivery and Residential Delivery. Additional charges which are requested at the time of delivery and are not included in the original quotation become the responsibility of the delivery site. Deliveries accepted by personnel during the off season must be examined immediately and cannot wait for authorized personnel to return at the start of the regular school season. Please plan accordingly, as some furniture items may have lead times approaching 4-6 weeks.
Prices and terms are liable to change without notice. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at the time of shipment. Orders requesting shipment beyond delivery schedules may be assessed a price increase.
Colors vary in reproduction and dye lot. Catalog and website color swatches are a digital recreation of the original color and are for reference only. If you need a precise color match or your color is not pictured, please request a free sample of fabric, felt, vinyl, wood or metal.
Standard Ground UPS shipping charges will be applied in the cart for all items that ship UPS (minimum $ 9.95 shipping charge). Because many of our items are too large for UPS and must ship via a freight carrier, a manual shipping calculation must be done to ensure the lowest possible shipping amount. You have the option to request the shipping quote prior to charging your credit card, or you may choose to process your order as long as shipping charges do not exceed 15% of your invoice total. Orders are processed the next business day.
All products ship F.O.B. factory at the customer's expense unless otherwise quoted. Preferred shipment method is UPS. Certain products must ship Common Carrier, which will be chosen to the best of our abilities unless otherwise requested. All orders requiring Common Carrier charges will be quoted by our customer service department before processing. Specific shipment dates are not guaranteed due to possible conditions beyond our control. We reserve the right to hold shipment of all open orders to customers whose account is past due.
Returns & Cancellations
All orders are considered firm orders. All returns and cancellations must be authorized by National School Supply in advance and are subject to round trip shipping charges and restocking fees. Materials being returned must be in saleable condition and should be insured. You are responsible for all materials invoiced. If you need to cancel an order, you must obtain a cancellation order number from a customer service representative. If product has shipped, or a custom order is in process, we may not be able to fulfill your request. All orders and purchases are final 30 days after invoice date and are not subject to return or exchange.
Please inspect merchandise immediately upon delivery and report any damage. Damaged or lost merchandise claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of good. Once the product leaves a warehouse, it becomes property of the customer.
Please follow these steps when receiving products:
1. Check the number of items. If you are short a package, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt prior to signing. National School Furniture is not responsible for shortages unless noted on the delivery ticket.
2. Open cartons and check all products for damage before signing carrier's delivery ticket. If the carton appears to have been damaged in any manner or if the product has any damage, you must note the extent and the type of damage on the carrier's delivery ticket prior to signing. Please keep a copy of the signed ticket and call National School Supply immediately to report the damage. National School Supply assumes no responsibility for damaged products when receiving personnel fail to note damage, fail to inspect products at the time of delivery and/or fail to notify National School Supply the day they received damaged products.
3. Keep damaged goods and packaging in the receiving area. If the product is moved from the delivery area, the damage becomes the responsibility of receiving personnel. Do not throw away any of the packaging on a damaged item. Discarding packaging could result in a failure to prove carrier damage and could consequently affect your ability to file a claim. All packaging materials must be available for carrier inspection.
Even if damaged, Don't Refuse the Shipment!
National School Supply understands and respects our customers' need for privacy on the Internet. We make every effort possible to ensure that our customers have the most private ordering processes available, however, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen or unintended access to our client information. By utilizing our site, you understand and accept any risks that could potentially occur through electronic information sharing on our site.
We will not release any personally identifiable information about our customers at any time through any means to any vendor or other third party without your expressly written permission. This includes your name, address, phone number, email address or any other information that is unique to you. Anonymous information, such as site usage information, domain names/IP addresses or browsers visiting our sites, is utilized for site visitation tracking information and is aimed at bettering our presentation of site pages to our customers.
